I am an accomplished bellringer and am proud to be a core member of the team that rings the bells at Windsor Castle. I also enjoying walking National Trails, following Norwich City (thankless) and my young son’s team Liverpool FC (hugely more rewarding).

Ted enjoys embracing new technology, including automation, robotics, and data analytics. He has held leadership roles in core warehousing and transport operations across e-commerce, retail, and omnichannel environments, managing large facilities both in-house and with third-party logistics providers (3PLs). His experience also includes a role with one of the UK’s largest dropshippers, where he contributed to the creation of unique and award-winning technology platforms.
