What we talked about
In the article, our CEO, Stephen and COO Stuart, offered their take on what the industry can expect in the coming year. Cost management, they explained, will remain centre stage. With continued economic pressure affecting every link in the chain, getting smarter about spend goes far beyond a finance issue. It must be strategically woven into everyday decision-making.
They also spoke about automation in supply chain thinking, urging realism. While interest and investment are ramping up, they believe 2026 will be more of a development phase than a turning point. The real impact of automation will take time, requiring careful integration, not just shiny tech.
