A global footwear retailer needed to evaluate their current European supply chain and asked us to advise on future network configuration. This required an RFQ to be developed with the aim of sourcing a partner who could implement the optimum network configuration.

- Early market engagement with potential suppliers ensuring the right companies were bidding that had capability and the correct credentials
- Gained business understand via facilitated workshops, data gathering & analysis
- Developed a blueprint for a future network strategy using simulation modelling techniques
- Stakeholder discussions and and RFI, provided a shortlist of potential service providers
- Developed a detailed RFQ and associated appendices, prepared a shortlist of potential suppliers including assessment of operational and financial suitability
- Lead the RFQ process, issue and control of RFQ process, shortlist, business case preparation including participating in the final supplier selection
