How we made it happen
- Initial concept design validation and approval, sensitivity analysis and value engineering
- Lead solutions and IT workstreams, delivering business requirements, functional design documentation and challenging the solution development
- Provided the MF1 Engineer to contract role, overseeing project progress, including witnessing build & testing and approving staged payments
