Pallet Hotel introductory offer terms and conditions

Visku Solutions Ltd is excited to offer you the opportunity to experience the benefits of our flexible storage solutions and trial our new digital platform. By taking up this introductory offer, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

This offer applies to the first 10 customers with the full requirements stated in these terms and conditions. Once the quota has been reached, Visku Solutions Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the offer.

What’s included

• Free pallet storage for one month – Enjoy one month of complimentary pallet storage (up to a maximum of 500 pallets).
• Free Receiving, Handling & Delivery (RH&D) inbound costs – During the first month, we will cover the cost of receiving, handling, and delivering your pallets into our warehouse (up to a maximum of 500 pallets).

Your commitment

• A minimum commitment of 100 pallets and two months’ storage is required.
• We are asking for your thoughts and feedback regarding our solution and our digital platform. By taking up this offer you are agreeing to providing a user testimonial, 2x 30-minute sessions with our UX team and to complete a user feedback form.

Additional costs

• Any storage and handling exceeding the initial complimentary month or pallet quantities beyond 500 will be charged according to our standard price book.
• Price guarantee for trial participants – As a thank you for your feedback on our solution and digital platform, the standard price book values you experience during the offer will be locked in for the remainder of 2024. This provides you with pricing stability throughout the year. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) after 2024.

Pallet requirements

• This offer is limited to full pallets only.

Maximum pallet capacity

• While there’s no limit to the number of pallets you can store with Visku (subject to the availability of space in your chosen location), the complimentary storage and RH&D costs only apply to the initial 500 pallets during the offer period.

Location restrictions

• The offer is initially limited to one of 5 locations, although new locations are being added over time.
  • Spread across East Anglia, the East Midlands, the North West and the North East of England.

Data protection

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the trial will be used by Visku Solutions Ltd for the purposes of administering the trial and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

General

Visku Solutions Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the offer or amend these terms and conditions.
